Mr. Herman founded MRH Real Estate Services, Inc, in 1993. His vision was to build a commercial brokerage company and creative solutions for its clients and customers.

From 1984 – 1992 prior to founding MRH, Mr Herman was with Coldwell Banker, now CBRE, in New York City, in their training program where he worked in Property Management, Appraisal and Capital Management/Real Estate Finance and Brokerage.  After which he started his brokerage career, in the Hackensack New Jersey Office.

Mr. Herman has represented Landlords such as Vornado Realty Trust, Cole Group Realty, The Prudential Insurance Company, George Comfort & Sons, Inc., The James Campbell Company and GHP.  Several of these agencies have been with Mr. Herman for over 20 years.

Mr. Herman has represented tenants such as The Capacity Group, Infocrossing, World Finer Foods, Pressler and Pressler, L.P. and Coughlin and Duffy. Mr Herman has experience in many complex transactions such as data centers, television broadcast studios, research laboratories, medical offices and legal offices. 

Mr. Herman has completed many sale transactions of office, industrial and investment properties such as the Nine W Office Center, Fort Lee a 205,000 square foot building; 30 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield a 92,750 square foot office building; 2 Christie Heights, Leonia a 67,000 square foot office building, 7 Entin Road, Parsippany a 65,000 square foot office building, 169 Ramapo Valley Road, Oakland a 45,000 square foot office building, 7 Corporate Drive, Orangeburg a 57,000 square foot hi-tech/warehouse building and 20 Bond Street, Central Valley NY a 167,000 square foot warehouse.

Mr. Herman attended Skidmore College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Business Administration and Government.
