Mr. Dulmage recently joined MRH Real Estate Services as a SVP after working at Coldwell Banker Commercial for 12 years. He had the unique distinction of being named Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Top Producing Salesman in the State of New Jersey for the past 5 years. In addition, he consistently ranked among the top 1% of all 3,000 Coldwell Banker Commercial brokers nationally, earning him Circle of Distinction honors. Previously, Mr. Dulmage work at CBRE for 8 years as an office leasing specialist. Before becoming a broker Mr. Dulmage worked at Merrill Lynch where he among other things specialized in real estate limited partnerships. During his time at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Dulmage taught the Series 7 course for Security Training Corp. and earned the distinction of becoming a Certified Financial Planner.

Mr. Dulmage has been specializing in both sales and leasing since 1988 and his experience includes completing major transactions for hundreds of Tenant and Landlords. Mr. Dulmage currently represents over 750,000 sf of Class A & B buildings. The buildings have an average vacancy rate of less than 5% which is substantially better than the market vacancy rate of 16%.

Mr. Dulmage received a degree in finance and marketing from the University of Richmond in Virginia and has run and served on numerous local boards as a volunteer.
