US Tenders, Inc., a global marketing firm based in Israel, has signed a long-term deal to open its’ United States headquarters in 7,000 sf at 8 King Rd. Mitchell H. Helfman and Bradley F. Thoubboron represented Tenant in the transaction.

Merrill Lynch, a leading financial services provider has expanded their space to 13,000 sf and signed a new, long term lease at 2200 Fletcher Ave. Michael R. Herman and Joseph A. Tormen represented the Landlord in the transaction.

New Retail Lease Signed in Manhattan’s Up & Coming Meatpacking District. As exclusive leasing agent for the landlord, Starwood Urban, Kim A. Mogull has concluded the first store lease at 430 West 14th Street. Kim Mogull represented both the Landlord, Starwood Urban, and the Tenant, Stacia Valle, who will open a women’s designer apparel boutique. The store is scheduled to open July 2002. Kim Mogull is currently marketing 6,000 square feet of additional available retail space within the building which is located across from Jeffrey and Gucci’s, Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen.

Joseph Tormen represented Bergen’s Promise, Inc. in the lease of 6,600 sf of Class A office space for the their new headquarters location.

Bradley F. Thoubboron has re-negotiated a long term lease on behalf of Milliman & Robertson. This 26,000 square foot office lease represents MRH’s third expansion for which Bradley F. Thoubboron has been instrumental in representing Milliman & Robertson.

As exclusive agent for ALU, Inc., Mitchell H. Helfman and Bradley F. Thoubboron negotiated the move of the company’s United States Headquarters to a 60,000 sf hi-tech building in the Meadowlands. The deal was done directly with the Landlord, Hartz Mountain Industries.

Bradley F. Thoubboron has recently completed a long term lease for 15,000 sf Class A office-tech corporate headquaters of Cadapult Graphics, Inc. Bradley F. Thoubboron has represented Cadapult Graphics, Inc. in each of their four expansion/relocations of its headquarters.

The Cole Group has recently closed on the purchase of a 27,000 sf. office building. Michael R. Herman and Bradley F. Thoubboron represented the purchaser in the transaction. This latest acquisition will add to the 2,000,000 sf, The Cole Group owns nationwide.

Dean Mogull recently completed a long-term lease for 15,000 sf of retail space with Eckerd Drugs. Dean Mogull represented both the Landlord and the Tenant in the transaction.
